Why Impact Indicator?
With the advent of E-commerce and the transition towards online consumer expenditure, consumer confidence in courier service providers has never been more important. As consumption continues to shift from physical to virtual retailers, the Berry Tag provides an additional means of assurance for quality conscious consumers.
The Berry Tag is currently in its initial phases of product development and testing. We are concurrently extending our efforts to work together with early adopters on both a trial or commercial basis. Berry Logistics believes that the market is primed for the launch of a product like the Berry Tag, and looks forward to working with others that share our belief.
Why Use Berry Tag?
One of the major problem in the e-commerce industry is the inefficient shipping process. In average, 7 % of the consumer electronic products in the USA are returned due to the damage from the shipping process. Berry Tag is designed to increase the visibility of the shipping process. It allows companies to track the supply chain and record where and when did the damage happen, as well as who is the owner of the package damage. This can improve the service quality of the shipping process and reduce the cost of logistics for the e-commerce business.

How Does the Berry Tag Works?
The Berry Tag was designed by applying basic physical principles to create a cost efficient, market viable impact sensor. After applying a Berry Tag to a product's packaging, if the product experiences unwarranted impact during shipping, the Berry Tag will change color; indicating impact. Berry Tags come in multiple shapes, sizes, and sensitivities such that they can be applied and adjusted to the needs of the product in question.
